Unaccompanied Minors

Nexus Airlines understands that occasionally children need to travel alone. We have procedures in place for the carriage of Unaccompanied Minors (or ‘Nexus Cadets’ as we like to call them!) and will ensure that your young jet-setters are well cared for.

Unaccompanied minors’ guidelines:

  • Aged between 5-12 years.
  • Travelling alone or without their Parent/Guardian who is 16 years of age and above.
  • Able to consume food and beverages with minimal assistance.
  • Able to use the toilet unassisted.
  • If required, able to self-administer any medications (Including Epi Pens). Please note that all medications must be easily accessible inside cabin luggage. If medications are required during the flight, details must be listed on the Unaccompanied Minor Travel Form with a signed doctor’s letter attached.
