Step-by-step Guide

Register your business
Sign up your company to start earning rewards. To be eligible, your business must be registered with a valid ABN or ACN before flights begin to count.
Complete the Registration Form
Book and fly with Nexus
Book eligible Nexus Airlines flights for your employees, contractors or team members. Each eligible one-way paid flight counts towards your reward. You will have a three-month window from your first flight to complete nine eligible flights.
Earn your reward flight
Once you have completed nine eligible flights, your business earns a reward – one free Nexus flight.
Redeem your free flight
Submit your completed flights via the Booking Form, and our team will verify and assist with your booking. Reward flights are subject to availability and must be used within six months.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I register to be part of the Nexus Corporate Flyer Program?

You can register your company at the following link: Register Now. You must be a company with a current Australian ABN or ACN to be eligible for the Program. Please note your company must be registered before flights can start counting towards earning a Reward Flight.

What paid flights count towards the Reward Flight?

Paid one-way flights on Nexus Airlines scheduled services that are not already subject to a discount (such as NexYou fares) or corporate arrangement are eligible.

Perth-Kalgoorlie flights are not currently eligible, as these are part of a charter flight contract.

Flights must be booked by your company for travel by its officers, employees, contractors or consultants.

The flights must be flown after your company has registered for the Program.

You must complete the nine (9) eligible paid flights within a three (3) calendar month period commencing from your first eligible flight to earn a Reward Flight. The three months commence from the date of travel of the first eligible flight

How do I let Nexus Airlines know I have completed the 9 flights and how do I book the Reward Flight?

Please complete the Reward Flight Booking Form with the details of the nine (9) flights completed in the three (3) calendar months.

If you know what flight you wish to book as your Reward Flight, you can include these details on this form. The Nexus Airlines team will then verify the flights and contact you to confirm the booking.

Reward Flights are subject to availability at the time of booking. If your preferred flight is not available, our reservations team will be in touch to discuss alternatives.

Is there an expiry date for the Reward Flight?

Yes. Reward Flights must be redeemed within six (6) calendar months of being earned. The six month period commences on the date the ninth (9^th) eligible flight is flown.

My company is interested in doing a lot of flying with Nexus Airlines and/or is interested in Nexus Airlines charter flights. Can I speak to someone about my specific needs?

Are bookings on scheduled Aviair flights eligible for the Program?
