Lost Property
Any property found on Nexus Airlines aircraft is sent to Nexus Airlines Broome, Nexus Airlines Geraldton or at the airport where the property was found. If you have left any personal items onboard our aircraft or in an airport, please advise Nexus Airlines staff or our local representatives before leaving the airport or contact the nearest Lost Property office.
It is the passenger’s responsibility to contact Nexus Airlines regarding any items that they have left behind and to arrange for the collection of those items. Contact reservations@nexusairlines.com.au or phone 08 6155 4500.
Nexus Airlines is not responsible for any loss of, or damage to, any items left on aircraft. Nexus Airlines will not accept items found in areas outside our premises (i.e. Security check points, common user areas of airports, taxi ranks, shops, car parks, customer transport vehicles, leased terminals or public amenity areas).
Lost or Misplaced Baggage
If your baggage is not available for collection on arrival or damaged, please contact Nexus Airlines on reservations@nexusairlines.com.au or phone 08 6155 4500 before you leave the airport. A Property Irregularity Report will be filed along with a report number, and tracing procedure will be initiated by Nexus Airlines reservations.
Most delayed baggage is located and delivered within two business days. We’ll do all possible to expedite this process, so that you are reunited with your baggage as quickly as possible.
